说明：
PELD评分越高，提示预后越差。自2002年以来，儿童终末期肝病评分系统(PELD)被美国联合器官分配网(UNOS)用于移植前儿童状况的评价，可预测在等待移植期间的患儿死亡率，如果评分越高就越能优先获得脑死亡供体。
注：年龄＜1岁为1分（1周岁生日前计算评分并安排在肝移植名单上的儿童，该评分可持续用到满24个月），年龄≥1岁为0分；生长停滞：低于平均水平2个标准差以上为1分，否则为0分。
